Now Hiring: Sales Assistant

Cordoba is seeking a talented and energetic individual to fill the position of Sales Assistant. This individual will work at the corporate office in Santa Monica, CA to assist the National Accounts sales team and the company’s President.

Some duties include:

  • Coordination of Purchase Orders and EDI systems for National Accounts (Guitar Center, Amazon, Best Buy, Sam Ash Music, etc)
  • Sales assistance and support for the National Accounts department. Order entry, pricing verification, sales reporting and analysis, website and pricing management
  • Coordination and communication with the Quality Control, Order Fulfillment, and Operations teams at Cordoba’s Distribution Center in Oxnard
  • Customer Service support in the form of phone calls to and from Guitar Center and Sam Ash stores
  • General administrative duties

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage details
  • Ability to follow instructions and willingness to assume responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and follow up skills
  • Enthusiasm for music
  • Basic guitar playing knowledge a plus but not required
