The Operations Associate will be responsible for sales and operations support as a part of our team in Moerdijk. The Associate will work closely with internal team members in Europe and California, USA and will be primarily responsible to ensure all transactions are timely and accurate, and be a primary point of contact for efficient communication regarding Europe operations.


  • Processing and maintenance of customer sales orders from placement through delivery
  • Processing and maintenance of customer sales orders from placement through delivery
  • Maintaining customer and operations data and assisting with virtual transaction accuracy across 2 systems
  • Assisting the movement of products physically and virtually with third party logistics partners
  • Managing internal and external communication – order status and customer service inquiries


  • Required languages: English, Dutch, German (a plus if able to speak/write more languages than these 3)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior management experience
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very comfortable with use of computers, ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), web
  • Many varied administrative functions including, but not limited to, data entry, invoicing, reconciliation in multiple systems
  • Comfortable with heavy emails and phone, including inside sales support and customer service
  • No recurring travel required (other than possible annual trip to California to meet with US team)
  • Discipline and interest in processes, process improvement and efficient operations, including comfort working with systems
  • Love of music and/or guitars a huge plus!
